Quite possibly the most important team of all, the Follow-Up Team will recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers who desire to continue what has begun through Compassion North Clackamas. These volunteers will build ongoing relationships through helping guests with continuing health care needs, developing connections with area churches and social service agencies.
